A thin sliver of brittle nougatine made with chopped almonds, all of which is coated in a delicate later of caramel and the Maison’s milk chocolate. A blend of cocoa from Ecuador and Ghana, combined with a cocoa liquor made with exquisite Criollo Porcelana beans.
Characteristics: notes of dried fruits, caramel and honey textures, hints of fleur de sel. Light, crispy and melt-in-the-mouth.
Type of cocoa bean: combination of Nacional beans from the Hacienda Puerto Romero in the Los Rios region of Ecuador, Forastero beans from Ghana and cocoa liquor made from Criollo beans from the Finca las Joyas estate in Mexico.
