The Maison Pierre Marcolini is the first to import beans from Baracoa since the embargo was lifted. This plantation is a real treasure and is watched over with great care by Urbano, who is responsible for the various drying and fermentation plants on the premises. Here, you will find pods containing white and purple beans that are the typical result of a cross between a Criollo and a Forastero.
