Traditionally roasted Faro almonds coated in a blend of cocoa from Ecuador and Ghana, combined with a cocoa liquor made using exquisite Criollo Porcelana beans.
Flavour characteristics: toasted, caramelised almonds, notes of yellow fruits. Hints of bitterness and acidity. Delightfully crispy.
Type of cocoa bean: combination of Nacional beans from the Hacienda Puerto Romero in the Los Rios region of Ecuador, Forastero beans from Ghana and cocoa liquor made from Criollo beans from the Finca las Joyas estate in Mexico
Cocoa percentage: 78%
Origin of ingredients: the almonds originate from Faro in Portugal, and are especially crunchy.
