Pierre Marcolini delights in putting trademark twists on traditional praline recipes, adding new textures and surprising flavours with less sugar and more nuts. Created in our very own workshop, these pralines blend a classic caramel with roasted and carefully ground nuts to keep them as “raw” and authentic as possible. Three different textures – crunchy, soft and mousse – come together in perfect harmony with the irresistible natural flavours of the ingredients.
